Experimentation Culture
A mindset where business decisions are driven by data and experiments rather than intuition or hierarchy.
What is an Experimentation Culture?
In a true experimentation culture, every significant change is treated as a test. Instead of debating which idea is better in a meeting, the team says, "Let's test it."
Signs of a Healthy Culture
- Acceptance of failure: Understanding that most A/B tests will fail to show a winner, and that's okay—you still learned something.
- Data over HIPPO: Decisions are made based on data, not the "Highest Paid Person's Opinion."
- Velocity: The team runs tests frequently and iterates quickly.
- Shared Learning: Results are shared across the company so everyone benefits from the insights.
Our Goal at runab
We built runab to make experimentation so simple that anyone can do it. By removing the technical barriers, we hope to help more teams build a culture of testing.
